Old Dominion University Dining Hall - Norfolk, VA

The new dining hall at ODU will feature 40,000 S.F. of slab on grade and slab on metal grade. Bayside Concrete will be working to complete the pile cap / grade beam foundations, radius foundation walls, truck ramps, cast in place stairs, and stamped concrete terraces. This facility is designed to achieve L.E.E.D. Gold status form the Green Building Council.


​Venture at Tech Center - Newport News, VA

Bayside Concrete will be installing the foundation work for the Venture at Tech Center apartment buildings. This complex features three buildings as well as a clubhouse and pool building that will include structural columns, over 82,000 S.F. of slab on grade, over 65,000 S.F. of elevated cast in place concrete.

The existing Kempsville Recreation Center existed for 37 years and was demolished to make room for a brand new 87,000 S.F. that will open in early 2017. Chesapeake Public Safety Operations Building - Chesapeake, VA

Construction is expected to begin on this three floor 51,000 S.F. building for the City of Chesapeake in the Spring of 2015. Bayside Concrete will be installing the large pile cap/grade beam foundation system, along with 24,000 S.F. of slab on grade in the crawl space area, and 51,000 S.F. slab on metal deck in the building. Included in this project are also multiple large structural equipment pads, and over 1,000 linear feet of foundation and architectural walls.
